Items must be unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
To start a return, contact us at support@femora.us with your order number.
All approved returns come with free return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 1–4 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs (if any at checkout) are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Damaged items
Items without original tags/packaging
Final sale items (if marked as such)
We offer direct exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
