1. Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
2. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners — they damage stretch fibers.
3. If using a washing machine, select a gentle cycle.
4. Place items in a mesh laundry bag and wash inside out.
5. Separate light and dark colors before washing.
6. Do not tumble dry — instead, lay flat to dry away from sunlight.
7. Do not iron — use a low-temperature steamer from a safe distance if needed.
8. Step into shapewear gently and avoid pulling seams.
9. Allow 10–15 minutes for the fabric to mold to your body.
10. Store folded in a cool, dry place — and remember, all shapewear will lose elasticity over time, so buy new when necessary.
